These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the xbat online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "member"). By creating an account on xbat or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have accepted the full content of these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Should any dispute arise, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion.

xbat provides its services as a safe and reliable platform. We are committed to keeping every member's experience secure by following SSL encryption and fair play principles.

To open an account on xbat, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a real person and register under your own name.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• You may not share your username or password with any other person.

xbat may at any time request documents to verify your age or identity. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their account. Keep your login details safe and never share them with any third party.

3.1 Account Security

• Use a strong password that includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Avoid logging in to your xbat account from public or shared devices.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Information

If any registered account information changes (phone number, email, payment method), it must be updated immediately. xbat will not be held responsible for any transaction or withdrawal issues caused by incorrect information.

3.3 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring, or renting an xbat account to any other person is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

xbat ensures secure transactions through Bangladesh's leading mobile banking and financial services.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals can be made via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (same across all methods).
• Deposited funds will be credited to the account after verification.
• If you experience any deposit issue, notify the support team immediately with proof of the transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframe

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• The same identity used for the deposit method must be used for withdrawals.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

xbat monitors all transactions. If a suspicious transaction is identified, we reserve the right to request additional verification or temporarily hold the funds.

xbat offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,200 in bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• The maximum bet limit may not be exceeded while using bonus funds.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus terms are violated, xbat reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• Each promotion has a set validity period — it will expire if not used within the specified time.

The following rules must be followed when playing sports betting, live casino, and slot games on xbat.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any game or bet outcome is affected by a technical error, xbat may declare that round void.
• xbat is not liable for losses caused by server errors or connection interruptions.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are applicable — subsequent changes will not affect existing bets. If a match is abandoned or postponed, settlement will follow xbat's own sports rules.

6.3 Live Casino

When participating in live dealer games from providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, the game provider's own rules also apply. The dealer's decision is final. Bets lost due to internet connection interruptions cannot be recovered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbat platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Manipulating game outcomes or colluding with other members.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or another person's account.
• Attempting to access or intrude into the platform's systems or applications.

If any such activity is detected, xbat reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and notify the relevant authorities.

All content on the xbat platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of xbat. No part of this material may be reused, reprinted, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Content from third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe) is governed by their respective licences.

Services on the xbat platform are provided on an "as is" basis. xbat will not accept liability in the following situations:

• Losses caused by internet connection interruptions or device faults.
• Transaction delays caused by service disruptions from third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a user sharing their own account login details.
• Malware or hacking on the user's device.
• Errors or malfunctions in third-party game software.

However, xbat will always make every effort to protect members' interests and will endeavour to provide assistance with any issue.

Members may request to view, correct, or in certain cases delete their stored information. Please contact the support team for this.

11.1 Closure by the User

Any member may close their account at any time. The remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11.2 Closure by xbat

xbat may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activities.
• False identity or providing incorrect information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse.

11.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

xbat reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified via email or platform notifications.
